Booking your appointment online is quick and easy, allowing you to choose available times to suit you.

Alternatively:

(Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply).

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment (you can also pay in full on booking if you prefer).

The balance is payable at your appointment, either via online payment (SquarePay), BACS, or cash.

Client Consultation Forms

Please note you will need to complete your client consultation form at the point of booking online.

This will take about 3-7 minutes and ensures there is no delay to your appointment starting on the day.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Life happens, things crop up, and sometimes we need to reschedule!

Manage your appointment via the link in your Confirmation Email, or get in touch.

For rescheduling/cancellations over 48 hours in advance of your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full.

For rescheduling/cancellations under 48-24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid in full at the time of booking, you will receive a 50% refund.

For rescheduling/cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, the full fee for the treatment will be due.

If I arrive at your appointment and you are not at home (no-show), please note that the full payment for your appointment will be required.
