Supporting babies, children, and their families through positive touch

About Tiny Touch Therapy
Positive touch and massage doesn’t only have great benefits for adults. It has huge benefits for our children, and is a wonderful thing to share with them.
After massaging her own children and seeing the benefits it brought to their overall wellbeing, Sarah developed Tiny Touch Therapy to share the power of positive touch with families.
As a qualified Baby Massage and Calmer Stories Instructor, Sarah offers classes, courses, and in-person/virtual private sessions for parents and carers, so that they too can share these wonderful skills with their babies and children.

Baby Massage (birth to pre-crawling)
Baby Massage brings a host of incredible benefits to both babies and their carers.
As well as helping babies to bond with their parents, carers and siblings, baby massage can help with development, immunity, digestion and colic relief, teething, and sleep.
Sarah offers group courses at Monks Eleigh Village Hall and bespoke group courses on request, as well as private 1:1 sessions in your home, and online video tuition.
-

Calmer Stories (2-11 year olds)
Calmer Stories is a way to incorporate positive touch into fun rhymes, songs, games, and stories, helping families continue to reap the benefits of massage and touch as their child grows.
Sessions also include breathing techniques, mindfulness activities, and some yoga-inspired movements that your child can use easily at any time of day.
1:1 sessions and bespoke classes available on request.

Working with Schools and Nurseries
Bring the benefits of Calmer Stories and Peer-to-Peer Massage into your school, pre-school or nursery, suitable for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Sarah can offer enrichment sessions and clubs for school and nursery settings, adapting Calmer Stories techniques to suit different age groups.
Children will learn calming techniques, mindfulness activities, and the principles of body autonomy and respect as they work with each other to deliver peer massage, in a structured, safe and enjoyable way.
