  • Contract: To provide massage services and contact you about appointments.

  • Legitimate Interest: To maintain necessary records for professional insurance compliance.

  • Consent: To send you newsletters or marketing emails (you may withdraw this at any time). 

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Paper Records: Locked in a secure cabinet at the owner’s home address, IP7 7AU.

  • Electronic Records: Secured on a password-protected device/encrypted system.

  • Third Parties: I do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or to Squarespace, our online scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to us and help us manage our relationship with you.

4. Data Retention
In line with my Insurer’s requirements, I am required to retain your records for 10 years after your last appointment, after which they will be destroyed securely. 

5. Website Analytics
This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal information when you visit this website, including:

  • Information about your browser, network and device

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Web pages you view while on this website

  • Your IP address
